Three Days Quotes challenge

Day #1

Well, this three-day quote challenge was given to me by Shreya Shah in April, a big thanks to her for nominating me, but due to work pressure in professional and personal front, it completely drained from my mind. She is a wonderful blogger and I love reading her beautiful poetries. You should definitely look at her page

Before adding my first quote, I need to make you familiar with the rules of this challenge:

  • Thank the person who nominated you
  • Post a quote for three consecutive days which you love
  • The reason why you like this quote
  • Now it’s time to nominate 3 different bloggers for each day.

Coming back to me, recently, I have not been able to post anything on my page so when I saw this message while navigating through the notification tab, I felt I should do justice and finish this challenge. So here I go with my first quote:

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift of God, which is why we call it the present.”

Such a beautiful and enchanting quote said by Bil Keane. I have never looked at today as a present, it was a just another day. But reading this quote conveys that it’s not just a day, it’s a gift from God. Some people may see a new day, some might not and we are the lucky ones hence we need to utilize it in the best way possible. Yesterday is gone, you cannot rectify the wrong, but you can understand the wrong and do it right today for a better tomorrow.  The present is important and if everything goes well, it will never disappoint you in the future.

Hope you also like the quote as much as I like it. And, here goes my nomination:
